Returns & Exchanges 

• To return a product or report any damage in transit, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of delivery at +91 8451936406 (WhatsApp) from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) or email us at contacts@ecokari.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and an image of the incorrectly delivered or defective item.

• Our customer support representatives will examine the problem and reply to you within 72 working hours.

• All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Refunds

• After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

• Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
