Shipping policy

  • Items ordered on the REFASH Shop are either made to order or limited edited pieces by the designer using post - industrial or post - consumer waste, exclusively for you. Since the products are made on receipt of an order, each product is unique and may have minor differentiation from the images you see on the website.
  • Shipping is free for all orders to be delivered in India. We do ship overseas at an additional shipping cost.
  • If your order contains products from different designers / brands, your purchase will reach you at different times and in different packages as each designer will ship the product directly to you. We do try to minimise packages in case the designers / brands are from the same city.
  • We aim to deliver orders within the stipulated time period mentioned in the "Shipping" section in the description of each product, however during holidays or a high demand period this could get delayed. (If this is the case you will be notified by email and your patience would be much appreciated.)
  • There might be shipping delays due to the restrictions across the country owing to Covid-19. In such an instance, the customer will be updated with the status of their order at regular intervals.
  • Transactions are shown in your chosen currency. Prices of all items on www.refash.in are accurate at the time of publication.
  • When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and the amount charged to your payment method.
  • REFASH will notify you via email or text message of the tracking number from your order, once it is dispatched by the designer. 
  • For all international deliveries, customs and duties will have to be paid on arrival by the customer if applicable.
