This garment is carefully folded and kept in a recycled polyester and cotton blend cloth bag and then packed into a reused courier bag. As much as we'd like to avoid using plastics, it is important for us to keep our garments safe.
Returns and exchanges:
- Bespoke and customized items cannot be canceled or returned unless faulty or not as described.
- Size exchanges are available if initiated within 1 week of receiving the goods by emailing hello@refash.in. Items must be returned unused, with original tags, and in their original state.
- Only items damaged in transit are eligible for return; custom or made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items purchased at a discount or under promotion are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
