Care instructions
All the products are handcrafted from fabrics like linen, cotton, silk, and organic cotton, featuring natural variations and irregularities that are inherent to handloom craftsmanship.
Natural dyed fabrics require special care and may bleed during the first 2-3 washes; they should be washed separately in cold water and dried in the shade.
Silk and delicate twill/linens should be handled with care, kept away from sharp objects, and washed gently by hand or dry cleaned.
All garments are prewashed to prevent shrinkage, and harsh chemicals should be avoided during washing to preserve the fabric’s quality.
Material
All the products are crafted from bamboo and wood pulp and dyed using natural pigments that ensure a breathable and lightweight fabric. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are shipped twice a week using Blue Dart, with delivery within 15-21 days. For urgent deliveries, please email us at hello@refash.in atleast 7 days in advance.
Domestic orders within India typically arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch.
Packaging
This garment is carefully folded and kept in a recycled polyester and cotton blend cloth bag and then packed into a reused courier bag. As much as we'd like to avoid using plastics, it is important for us to keep our garments safe.
Returns and exchanges
Bespoke and customized items cannot be canceled or returned unless faulty or not as described.
Size exchanges are available if initiated within 1 week of receiving the goods by emailing hello@refash.in. Items must be returned unused, with original tags, and in their original state.
Only items damaged in transit are eligible for return; custom or made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items purchased at a discount or under promotion are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
