Return Policy

• We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, exclusively for damaged items or deliveries exceeding a 45-day timeline. No returns for discounted items.

• Securely wrap and send items via registered courier, keeping tracking details until we confirm receipt. We do not have a cancellation policy; refunds take up to 2 weeks for processing.

Exchanges (if applicable)

• We replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged. Items can be replaced with a fresh piece from your original purchase or with available items of the same cart value. We do not offer exchanges on free items.
