Nataasha Ali Being a sustainable brand, we believe in not overstocking and making access production gentle on our only planet. Nataasha Ali has a no-return policy. We believe in making the product in small batches and as soon as an order is placed the same day our team dispatches it from our studio to the Courier service department. Some of the designs are crafted only in a single piece you won't get another one, and that's even a reason we don't allow any kind of cancellation.  Every product is exclusively designed. Please note that the customer will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any item unless the product is delivered damaged or a wrong product is delivered, A proper unboxing video will be required for any exchange.
