Care Instructions

We recommend you to hand wash the garment in cold water separately using a neutral detergent or reetha powder.

Dry the garment by gently pulling them to shape and dry flat. Do not wring. Avoid direct sunlight.

Do not rub the fabric as it may cause the fabric colour to fade.

It is normal for the fabric to bleed colour as they have been dyed naturally. Please follow the above instructions to use the fabric over a long period of time.

Returns & Exchange
Return Policy:
We do not offer refunds & exchanges as each piece is made to order. You can go through our size-chart before placing an order or click on custom fit. If you have any inquiries about size, fabric or fit, you can reach out to us at hello@refash.in or contact us at +91 8146673526.
Exchange Policy:
1. We ONLY accept returns/refunds or exchanges incase of either damaged products, fulfilment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items, within 6 days of receiving the product. This will only be accepted if the customer takes a video at the time of opening the package for the first time. If there is no video, we will not be able to take this request forward.
2. Returns/Refunds and Exchanges are NOT applicable in case of custom sizing and design. If the order is placed in standard sizing and if you wish to get it altered to your custom measurements, you can always send it back to us. We will alter it and send it across to you but additional charges would be applicable for the same.
3. Returns/refunds will only be processed once the parcel is sent back to our warehouse with the same packaging and materials that the parcel was sent in.
