- Securely wrap and send items via registered courier, keeping tracking details until we confirm receipt. We do not have a cancellation policy; refunds take up to 2 weeks for processing.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged. Items can be replaced with a fresh piece from your original purchase or with available items of the same cart value. We do not offer exchanges on free items.
