Returns & Exchange Return Policy:
As this is a made-to-order piece, the brand does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects such as color spots, falling buttons, undone stitches, torn fabric, distorted shape, etc.
Exchange Policy: The following terms and conditions apply for the exchange procedure :
- The customer will have to raise an exchange request with team Refash within 7 days of the delivery of the product via email where the reasons of return/exchange are clearly mentioned and pictures/videos are attached to prove the product was damaged upon delivery.
- We request you to please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Items for exchange must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The items should be returned with original packaging and tags. Items without tags will strictly not be accepted.
- Items on sale will not be applicable for returns/exchanges.
- Once the exchange garment is received by us, a Quality Check of the same will be performed by our team. Once that has been checked and the garment is found in proper condition, the exchange garment will go out.
- Upcycled fabrics need extra care and need to be taken care of. Sins is not responsible for damage caused by the negligence of products after purchase.
- Since we are a Made to order brand, the exchange timeline can take up to 15 to 20 working days.
