Returns and Exchanges
Since each product on Refash is either made to order or limited edition, we can only accept exchange/return requests if the customer receives a damaged product, unless otherwise stated on the product page under the “Exchange / Return Section”.
In case the customer receives a damaged product, they must write to hello@refash.in within 48 hours of receipt of the package with images/videos of the damage. Refash will exchange the product for a new piece, in case another piece is available. If a second piece is not available, the customer will get a full refund for their damaged product.
