If you are unhappy with your garment fit or quality and would like to exchange it for another size, the following terms and conditions apply for the exchange procedure -
The customer will have to raise an exchange request with team Refash within 7 days of the delivery of the product via email.
We request you to please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Items for exchange must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
The items should be returned with original packaging and tags. Items without tags will strictly not be accepted.
Items on sale will not be applicable for returns/exchanges. Once the exchange garment is received by us, a Quality Check of the same will be performed by our team.
Once that has been checked and the garment is found in proper condition, the exchange garment will go out. Since we are a Made to order brand, the exchange timeline can take up to 15 to 20 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and no amount will be reimbursed.
