Shipping Policy

Items ordered on the REFASH Shop are made to order by the designer using post - industrial or post - consumer waste, exclusively for you. Since the products are made on receipt of an order, each product is unique and may have minor differentiation from the images you see on the website.

We aim to deliver orders within the stipulated time period mentioned in the "Shipping Instructions" section in the description of each product, however during holidays or a high demand period this could get delayed. (If this is the case you will be notified by email and your patience would be much appreciated.)

Transactions are shown in your chosen currency. Prices of all items on www.refash.in are accurate at the time of publication.

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and the amount charged to your credit card.

We will notify you via email of the tracking number from your order, once it is dispatched by the designer.
