Order processing time
This is a made-to-order product. Our orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During seasonal times, order processing can take up to 4-6 business days.
Shipping time
We ship from our studio located in Bangalore. We currently only offer domestic shipping across India. Once dispatched your order can take up to 6-7 business days to arrive. So once you have placed an order with us, including both processing & shipping time your order can take up to 8-12 business days to reach you.
Delay in Shipment
We provide real-time tracking information on all of our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at +91-9164380155.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:
In case you're not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry we would not force it on you! We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can write to us at info@refusedline.com and mention the reason for the return. However please be aware that you will have to bear the return shipping charges. Refer to our refunds section for more.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and ensure to record a video while unboxing. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item along with the recorded proof so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please be aware that you will have to bear the standard return shipping charges of Rs.100 (n/a if the mistake was on our end) which will be deducted from the refund amount. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
