Returns & Shipping Policy

RETURNS

  • The products purchased from the REFASH shop are currently either made to order or limited edition pieces. We accept returns / exchanges only within 48 hours of the customer receiving the product in case the customer is dissatisfied with the product. 
  • Credit may be issued towards another purchase of equal or greater value in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction. Such a case is at the discretion of REFASH. If we pre-approve the exchange please be advised that return shipping of the purchased garment will be covered by the customer.
  • If you have any specific requests as regards sizing or certain features of your chosen purchase, we are more than happy to collaborate with you during the production process and cater to your needs to ensure your satisfaction with the piece. Feel free to email hello@refash.in either before or after your purchase with said specifications.
  • The item must be returned with original tags intact and in original packaging. Garments worn and laundered will not be considered for exchange. Please be aware that customs, taxes or import duties are the customer’s responsibility in the event of an exchange.
  • REFASH reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without notice.

 

SHIPPING

  • Items ordered on the REFASH Shop are either made to order or limited edited pieces by the designer using post - industrial or post - consumer waste, exclusively for you. Since the products are made on receipt of an order, each product is unique and may have minor differentiation from the images you see on the website.
  • We aim to deliver orders within the stipulated time period mentioned in the "Shipping Instructions" section in the description of each product, however during holidays or a high demand period this could get delayed. (If this is the case you will be notified by email and your patience would be much appreciated.)
  • Transactions are shown in your chosen currency. Prices of all items on www.refash.in are accurate at the time of publication.
  • When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and the amount charged to your credit card.
  • We will notify you via email of the tracking number from your order, once it is dispatched by the designer.

Description

  • A set of 3 Hibiscus Scented Candles in a light red colour, made from religious floral waste and cruelty-free wax. 
  • Hibiscus, is also known as, 'Rose Mallow' and is a natural healer.
  • Light this candle, and take a hot bath and inhale the scent of hibiscus when you are in need of self-care and healing. 
  • This product is Upcycled by Rewa. which promotes local artisan and is run by women. 

 

Material 

This candle is made using cruelty free wax and dyed using religious floral waste. 

Measurement 

Large:  3" x 4"
Medium: 2.5" x 2.5"
Small: 3" x 2"

Shipping 

This product will be delivered within 7-10 days.

Packaging 

  • The candle is wrapped in organic butter paper.
  • The candle labels are printed on recycled paper. 
  • It is packed in a cardboard box and is hand screen printed. 

 

Return and Exchange
