We believe in making the product in small batches and as soon an orders is placed the same day our team dispatches it from our studio to the Courier service department . Some of the designs are crafted only in a single piece you wont get another one , that's even a reason we don't allow any kind of cancellation .  Every product is exclusively designed.Please note that the customer will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any item unless the product is delivered damaged or a wrong product is delivered , A proper unboxing video will be required for any kind of exchange .
